A new way of speaking…..
I’ve been thinking for a long time, I need to move my blog forward, so I’ve been thinking about Video blogs. I need to work out the details, but I’m going to work on a few short ones. In these blog posts I’m going to talk briefly about the Fedora Ambassador project, what it is, how to join , where to go for assistance etc. They are not going to be professionally edited just my take on Fedora stuff.
Any thoughts, suggestions?
I think that “** Please click our advertisements ***” goes against google adsense policy. If i’m wrong please let me know.
video blogs, unless they have captioning, rule out use by the deaf and hard of hearing. I’m not deaf but my partner is and it annoys her to have content in non-captioned videos. It annoys me to no end to see video blogs, if only b/c I can read A LOT faster than most people can talk.
Text is still king.
I’ve thought about this in the past, mainly because I assumed it would be quicker, but then I’d have to spend just as much time either getting my camera setup everytime I wanted to record something or have it always setup, and then there is the uploading.
My intention was to use YouTube, because its there and they have more bandwidth then I do.
