		<description>I don&#039;t know about gmail, but yahoo and hotmail with die if you don&#039;t check them at least once every 30 days. Nothing to close there, don&#039;t sign in to them and they will die automagically.

I use gmail myself, but only for mail that doesn&#039;t really matter to me. I would .forward all the accounts I could to a private mail address that you have control over. Those that can&#039;t .forward, kill except gmail for crap mail.

		<description>I used to host my own email too, but decided it was better for Google to do that for me.  Google Apps for your domain will allow you to keep your email domain, but host the email on Google.

I also recommend using Gmail to POP all of your other email into one account.
