It is just sad if we can not use or own open standards. The application support for dirac and theora is getting there. gstreamer, ffmpeg, vlc, mplayer, and so on supports both of the open video formats. Dirac and theora is now well enough supported to be used when encoding videos that get distributed around the world. Please provide link to either dirac or theora encoded version.
