I happen to own the domain fedora-uk.org, i was going to create a community site to use the domain with, but alas i don’t have the time and i suspect i breach copyright with the domain name. However if i don’t, and you have an idea that you think you could run with, then i’m happy for you to use this domain and i’ll also throw in the web hosting. It’s got to be fedora / uk related and relevant to the domain

Not a breach of copyright, but the Fedora Project, as owners of the trademark ‘Fedora’, need to have an agreement in place for domains with the word ‘fedora’ in them. Please see https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Local_community_domains for details.
I think you have to apply for a license to use “fedora” in a community domain name, or switch to *.fedoracommunity.org:

We’re looking into sorting this out soon as well for our community web site.
I’ve emailed the fedora board to see what i need to do!
