		<description>I had the same problem when I upgraded to Hardy. I figured there was some compatibility issue between MySQL and phpMyAdmin. I ended up creating my user accounts via the command line. I posted about it here: http://tinyurl.com/4mc4ux Once I'd done that, phpMyAdmin worked fine.</description>
