I’ve been playing counter strike: source recently, and i wondered if it’s possible to run it under linux. So off i go and install wine, install the steam application and waited for the download of Counterstrike: source.
Hour or so later once it’s download i run the app. It doesn’t run, bugger, keeps complaining about the registry in use…..grrr windows. However good ole internet comes to the rescue, cd to the Program Files folder and run :
chattr -R +S Steam/
Woohoo runs fine…..good times ahead.
