All the setup guides out there that i’ve read assume a small bit of linux knowledge. I’m thinking of writing a guide, which assumes you have no knowledge whatso ever. It will cover the basics of a Linux installation, to installing AMP apache components. It will also cover setting up websites. Configuring mailservers exim and FTP proftpd?.
I know there are guides out there, but i want to do one of my own, possibly as a wiki so it’s also community edited. Perhaps there are things that you would like in this wiki?
